Barrett is a total professional that knows the market. We sold our first home and had so many misconceptions about the process and market. Barrett guided us through the process and was able to give a very accurate estimate to the price of our home. Let me tell you do not trust Zillow or Redfin with these estimates. Go to a professional and have them physically look at the house and area. Barrett provided a comprehensive analysis and that helped us set a listing price. We had offers on the first weekend of listing the house! We closed 30 days later from accepting the offer. Any back and forth was handled professionally by Barrett and I often relied on his advise which was always logical and turned out in our favor. Selling a home is always nerve wrecking; however, in the hands of a competent realtor it makes the process much easier. We will continue to use Barrett for our families realty needs and know that he will always do what he can for the client.

Barrett has been a great agent for me. I have worked with him to buy or sell dozens of homes, two for myself and the others as investments. He is detail oriented and always finds what I am looking for in a property. He works our deals with the other agents and is fair to both parties and will be honest when I am being unreasonable (yes it can happen). I trust his judgement and as a result have continued to work with him time after time...if it isn't broken, don't fix it, right?
